Increase number of job applications across the group. Empower individual teams to take ownership of websites. Change stakeholder perception in regard to website support. Run a single unified process across all website properties. Allow flexibility while standardising and consolidating hosting, security and support.

Our Approach

Discovery - consisted of a series of meetings with various agencies, gathering documentation and web properties source code. Migration & Handover - once a baseline of knowledge was established, we benchmarked and consolidated all hosting under one Azure account for cost efficiency. Day-to-day Support - final and ongoing stage included set up and introduction of the new support process and platform.
